• An optional display name you submit to the community.
• Posts you publicly contribute on the community page.
• Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, referring page) used for security and basic analytics.
• Email engagement events (delivered, opened, bounced) provided by our email service.

2. How we use it

• To send you a confirmation email and reserve your waitlist spot.
• To send launch updates, beta invites, and product news.
• To operate the community discussions you submit to.
• To improve the product and detect abuse.

3. Who we share with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with vendors that help us operate the service (transactional email, infrastructure, error monitoring), and only to the extent needed for them to do their job.

4. Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at info@cinovaapp.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We will respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries strictly necessary to operate the site (for example, to remember an admin token or a like you've already cast). We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site today.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your email and data as the asset you trusted us with.

7. Children

CINOVA is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, send a notice to the email on file.
