1. The service

CINOVA is a pre-launch social streaming discovery platform. Today the Site offers a waitlist signup, an About page, and a community discussion area. Features, content, and pricing may change as we move toward beta and launch.

2. Your account & contributions

You are responsible for the email you submit and any content you post in the community. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, spammy, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or block users who violate these Terms.

By posting community content, you grant CINOVA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate that content as part of operating the service.

3. Waitlist & beta access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access or any specific timeline. Beta invites and launch features are subject to change.

4. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, abuse, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• No reverse engineering, security testing without consent, or attempts to access other users' data.
• No impersonation of CINOVA, our team, or other people.
• No commercial spam in the community.

5. Intellectual property

The CINOVA name, wordmark, design, and Site content (excluding user contributions) are owned by CINOVA. All rights reserved. You may not use the brand or copy the Site without our written permission.

6. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to third-party services (streaming platforms, social networks, etc.). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CINOVA disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CINOVA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any feature at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time and request deletion of your data via info@cinovaapp.com.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
